Check Your Internet Explorer Settings

ONTRACK LOGIN PROCEDURE

  1. Go to http://www.telogis.com
  2. Click Login link on left side
  3. Enter username/password to login

BROWSER CHECK/TROUBLESHOOTING

  1. Close all IE browsers
  2. Open a new IE browser
  3. Type http://www.google.com into the address bar: do you have internet connectivity?
  4. Check browser version by gonig to HELP/ABOUT INTERNET EXPLORER
  5. Delete Temporary Internet Files
    • Go to TOOLS/INTERNET OPTIONS
    • Click DELETE FILES, this can take a minute or two
  6. Set SECURITY default to MEDIUM
    • Go to TOOLS/INTERNET OPTIONS
    • Click on SECURITY tab
    • Click DEFAULT LEVEL
    • Move slider on left to MEDIUM - SAFE BROWSING AND STILL FUNCTIONAL
  7. Close IE browser and then reopen -- start ONTRACK LOGIN PROCEDURE
  8. Still not working?-- Do you have Norton or ZoneAlarm or other third-party firewall software? If so, start TROUBLESHOOTING here

If you have Microsoft SP2 (Service Pack 2)...?

  1. Open an IE browser
  2. Click on TOOLS (on menu bar)
  3. Click on Internet Options
  4. Go to Privacy tab
  5. Click on Pop up blocker settings
  6. Input *.telogis.com inside the textbox
  7. Click on Add to allow popups from our site (URL will be added into allowed sites list)
