I Have ZoneAlarm

Do you have Zone Alarm?

1. Close all windows
2. Look for an icon in the lower right of the task bar. Put your mouse over it.
3. If so, we need to add Telogis servers to the Privacy Zones
4. Double click Zone Alarm icon
5. Click PRIVACY on the left side
6. Click ADD on lower right side
7. Add websites telogis.com
8. After adding, you should see the two sites in the list with green checks or red x's next to it
9. Right click the site and click OPTIONS
10. Under COOKIES tab make sure all items are NOT CHECKED
11. Under AD BLOCKING tab make sure all items are NOT CHECKED
12. Under MOBILE CODE tab make sure all items are NOT CHECKED
13. Click OK, and repeat process for other sites (LA2.telogis.com,LA3.telogis.com,LA6.telogis.com,ontrack.telogis.com)
14. Save all settings and get out of Zone Alarm
15. Close IE browser and then reopen -- start ONTRACK LOGIN PROCEDURE
