How do I check my Internet Explorer Settings
Telogis Fleet Login Procedure
- Go to http://www.telogis.com
- Click the Login link on the right side of the screen
- Enter username/password to login
Browser Check/Troubleshooting
- Close all IE browsers
- Open a new IE browser
- Type http://www.google.com into the address bar to determine if you have internet connectivity
- Check browser version by gonig to HELP/ABOUT INTERNET EXPLORER
- Version should be 6.0 or greater
- If not 6.0+ download from: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.mspx
- Delete Temporary Internet Files
- Go to TOOLS/INTERNET OPTIONS
- Click DELETE FILES, this can take a minute or two
- Set SECURITY default to MEDIUM
- Go to TOOLS/INTERNET OPTIONS
- Click on SECURITY tab
- Click DEFAULT LEVEL
- Move slider on left to MEDIUM – SAFE BROWSING AND STILL FUNCTIONAL
- Close IE browser and then reopen — start Telogis Fleet Login Procedure
- Still not working?– Do you have Norton or ZoneAlarm or other third-party firewall software? If so, start troubleshooting your login problems
If you have Microsoft SP2 (Service Pack 2)…?
- Open an IE browser
- Click on TOOLS (on menu bar)
- Click on Internet Options
- Go to Privacy tab
- Click on Pop up blocker settings
- Input *.telogis.com inside the textbox
- Click on Add to allow popups from our site (URL will be added into allowed sites list)
