How do I solve browser security and cookie issues?
If you are receiving an error related to ‘Trusted Sites’ in Internet Explorer, this is how you add our site to IE’s trusted sites:1. Internet Options
2. Security Tab
3. Trusted Sites
4. Un-check “Require HTTPS….”
5. Type in *.telogis.com
6. Click on ADD then OK.
7. Clear all cookies… and close and open a NEW browser.
Also for IT networks with Firewall installed, notify your IT Department to add the following URLs below to allow files from our servers. - telogis.com ( * to include all subdomains coming from our servers) - redirect.bz
If you are experiencing issues with logging in or out of Telogis Fleet, performing the following should allow your browser to properly load cookies from our website.
Clear cookies and internet files:
1. Open an Internet Explorer browser
2. Go to TOOLS
3. Click on Internet Options
4. Click on Delete cookies and clear Temporary Internet Files
5. Select Yes and Close
