NORTON TROUBLESHOOTING
Norton Internet Security 2004
- Double click Norton Internet Security icon
- Click on Norton Internet Security
- Click on Status & Settings
- Click on Ad Blocking and turn it OFF
- Save setting and exit Norton Internet Security popup
- Close IE browser and then reopen — start TELOGIS FLEET LOGIN PROCEDURE

- Double click Norton Internet Security icon
- Click on Status & Settings
- Click on Anti Spam
- Click on Ad Blocking and turn it OFF
- Save setting and exit Norton Internet Security popup
- Close IE browser and then reopen — start TELOGIS FLEET LOGIN PROCEDURE

NORTON FIREWALL RULE SETUP
- Here’s how to create a rule with 2003 Norton products:
- Open your Norton software.
- Click ‘Options,’ and select ‘Web Content.’
- Select ‘Add Site,’ and enter ‘telogis.com.’
- Click the ‘User Settings’ tab, and uncheck ‘Use Ad Blocking settings.’
- Select ‘Permit.’
- If you’re using 2004 Norton products:
- Open your Norton software.
- Highlight ‘Ad Blocking,’ and select ‘Configure.’
- Click ‘Advanced.’
- Click ‘Web Contents,’ and select ‘Add Site.’
- Enter ‘telogis.com.’
- Click the ‘User Settings’ tab, and uncheck ‘Use Ad Blocking settings.’
- Select ‘Permit.’
- And for 2005 Norton products:
- Open your Norton software.
- Highlight ‘Privacy Control,’ and select ‘Configure.’
- Click ‘Advanced.’
- Click ‘Add Site.’
- Enter ‘telogis.com.’
- Click the ‘User Settings’ tab, and uncheck ‘Use Ad Blocking settings.’
- Select ‘Permit.’
- After you’ve created the rule, clear your browser’s cache.
- Here’s how to clear your cache in Internet Explorer:
- Click the ‘Tools’ menu at the top of your browser, and select ‘Internet Options.’
- Click the ‘General’ tab at the top of the dialog box.
- Click ‘Delete Files’ under ‘Temporary Internet files.’
- Check the box next to ‘Delete all offline content.’
- Click ‘OK.’
