Norton Internet Security 2004

  1. Double click Norton Internet Security icon
  2. Click on Norton Internet Security
  3. Click on Status & Settings
  4. Click on Ad Blocking and turn it OFF
  5. Save setting and exit Norton Internet Security popup
  6. Close IE browser and then reopen — start TELOGIS FLEET LOGIN PROCEDURE

Norton Internet Security 2005

  1. Double click Norton Internet Security icon
  2. Click on Status & Settings
  3. Click on Anti Spam
  4. Click on Ad Blocking and turn it OFF
  5. Save setting and exit Norton Internet Security popup
  6. Close IE browser and then reopen — start TELOGIS FLEET LOGIN PROCEDURE

NORTON FIREWALL RULE SETUP

  • Here’s how to create a rule with 2003 Norton products:
    1. Open your Norton software.
    2. Click ‘Options,’ and select ‘Web Content.’
    3. Select ‘Add Site,’ and enter ‘telogis.com.’
    4. Click the ‘User Settings’ tab, and uncheck ‘Use Ad Blocking settings.’
    5. Select ‘Permit.’
  • If you’re using 2004 Norton products:
    1. Open your Norton software.
    2. Highlight ‘Ad Blocking,’ and select ‘Configure.’
    3. Click ‘Advanced.’
    4. Click ‘Web Contents,’ and select ‘Add Site.’
    5. Enter ‘telogis.com.’
    6. Click the ‘User Settings’ tab, and uncheck ‘Use Ad Blocking settings.’
    7. Select ‘Permit.’
  • And for 2005 Norton products:
    1. Open your Norton software.
    2. Highlight ‘Privacy Control,’ and select ‘Configure.’
    3. Click ‘Advanced.’
    4. Click ‘Add Site.’
    5. Enter ‘telogis.com.’
    6. Click the ‘User Settings’ tab, and uncheck ‘Use Ad Blocking settings.’
    7. Select ‘Permit.’
  • After you’ve created the rule, clear your browser’s cache.
  • Here’s how to clear your cache in Internet Explorer:
    1. Click the ‘Tools’ menu at the top of your browser, and select ‘Internet Options.’
    2. Click the ‘General’ tab at the top of the dialog box.
    3. Click ‘Delete Files’ under ‘Temporary Internet files.’
    4. Check the box next to ‘Delete all offline content.’
    5. Click ‘OK.’
