With record snowfalls overnight last night and throughout the day today, things have begun to taper off and road closures are lifting, but there are still several flooding and snowfall warnings and exceptions in effect for the following states: Kentucky, North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and Delaware.

Here are the latest exceptions for Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 9 PM Eastern Time – all of which have been added to Telogis Navigation.
All closures lifted; storm warning still in effect overnight.
RT 9 closed due to high water from Dutch Neck Rd. to Thorntown Rd due to flooding.
RT 1 is closed in both directions from Dewey and Bethany due to flooding.
Speed limit reduced to 45 mph on I-495
I-26 from South Carolina to Asheville is covered with snow and ice.
I-77 near Charlotte, I-95 from Rocky Mount to Virginia, I-85 near Charlotte and Thomasville and I-40 near Asheville and Raleigh are partially covered with snow and ice and expected to refreeze overnight.
I-77 from Charlotte to Virginia, I-95 south of Rocky Mount, I-26 from Asheville, NC to Tennessee, I-85 from South Carolina north to Virginia, and I-40 from the coast west towards Tennessee are clear with possible icy spots.
A State of Emergency remains in effect for New Jersey, however there are currently no travel bans in New Jersey.
Speed restriction on Delaware Memorial Bridge in both directions from New Jersey Side in Carneys Point Township to Delaware side in New Castle 40 miles per hour due to roadway conditions, until further notice.
Flooding on NJ 36 in both directions between CR 8/Navesink Av in Highlands and South of CR 8A/Valley Drive East in Middletown Township. All lanes closed use caution.
Flooding on NJ 35 in both directions from NJ 71/H Street in Belmar to North of NJ 66 in Ocean Township. All lanes closed use caution.
There is flooding on the following routes in NJ:
US 130 in both directions at CR 551 in Brooklawn. All lanes open to traffic – use caution.
NJ 52 southbound at CR 585/Shore Rd in Somers Point. All lanes closed – use caution.
US 40 in both directions between East of CR 608/Franklin Av in Egg Harbor Township and Atlantic City Expressway in Atlantic City. All lanes closed and detoured – use caution.
NJ 47 in both directions North of CR 624/West Rio Grand Ave in Lower Township. All lanes closed – use caution.
NJ 147 in both directions area of W Anglesea Dr in North Wildwood. All lanes closed – use caution.
US 30 eastbound East of CR 646/Delilah Rd in Absecon City. All lanes closed and detoured use caution.
Speed restriction on the Commodore Barry Bridge, the Burlington Bristol Bridge, the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge, the Ben Franklin Bridge, the Walt Whitman Bridge, the Walt Whitman Bridge in both directions; 25 mph until further notice, use caution.
Ben Franklin Bridge, Commodore Barry Bridge, Betsy Ross Bridge, Walt Whitman Bridge in both directions empty trailer ban due to high winds, until further notice.
A travel ban is in effect for all local and state roads in New York City as of 2:30 PM ET today, for the Long Island Expressway and the Northern State Parkway on Long Island and Port Authority’s trans-Hudson crossings.
The National Weather Service has issued a Blizzard and Coastal Flood Warning for New York City and Long Island. A Winter Storm Warning has been issued for the lower Hudson Valley.
George Washington Bridge, Verrazano-Narrows, Bayonne Bridge, Goethals Bridge, Outerbridge Crossing: all lanes closed in both directions until further notice.
Disabled tractor trailer on I-78 westbound Exit 11 – CR 614/Pattenburg Rd (Union Township) partial ramp closed
Jack-knifed tractor trailer on I-287 southbound ramp to Exit 21 – I-78 (Bedminster Township) ramp closed
US 22 Eastbound
Icing on US 22 eastbound ramp to Vaux Hall Rd (Union Township) ramp closed
Disabled vehicle on I-80 westbound ramp to East of Exit 62 – Garden State Parkway (Saddle Brook Township) ramp closed

Bay Bridge in both directions between New Jersey side and Pennsylvania side in Logan Township empty trailer ban due to high wind until further notice.
Multiple accidents and exit closures are reported on I-695 around Baltimore and I-495 (Capital Beltway) around Washington, D.C.
I-70 1 mile east of Exit 62 – MD 75/Green Valley Rd. [westbound] all lanes closed.

The speed limit on US 222 has been reduced to 45 mph due to winter conditions.
PA 100 southbound between Exit: Pottstown Pike and (End of PA – 100). All lanes closed
I-81 southbound at Exit 52: US 11/TO I-76 Turnpike – Middlesex, there is a ramp closure.
Multi vehicle accident on PA 33 southbound between Exit: Saylorsburg and Exit: Wind Gap. All lanes closed.
I-76 between New Stanton and Breezewood : All lanes closed in both directions.
On I-81 at mile marker 323 in the County of Frederick, motorists can expect potential delays due to an incident. The north exit ramp is closed. The south exit ramp is closed.
On I-81 at mile marker 291 in the County of Shenandoah, motorists can expect potential delays due to an incident. The north exit ramp is closed. The south exit ramp is closed.
On I-81 at mile marker 205 in the County of Rockbridge, motorists can expect potential delays due to an incident. The north exit ramp is closed. The south exit ramp is closed.
On I-81 at mile marker 213 in the County of Augusta, motorists can expect potential delays due to an incident. The south exit ramp is closed.
On I-95 at mile marker 176 in the County of Fairfax, motorists can expect potential delays due to a vehicle accident. The south exit ramp is closed.
On I-495 at mile marker 49 in the County of Fairfax, motorists can expect potential delays due to a disabled vehicle. The north exit ramp is closed.
