Telogis Honored with Multiple Stevie Awards for Customer Service Excellence
ALISO VIEJO, Calif. – March 2, 2015 – On Friday evening in Las Vegas, Telogis’ customer service team walked away with three awards for excellence in customer care at the ninth annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The awards recognized outstanding achievements by the overall department and individual team members.
Telogis customer service representative Diana Hernandez was recognized as one of the representatives of the year, and for the second consecutive year, Braylon Wilcott was honored as one of the managers of the year. Also for the second year in a row, the entire customer service department was ranked and distinguished among the best teams in the software category.
The submissions – and subsequent honors – were based on Hernandez’s and Wilcott’s interactions with and direct feedback from Telogis customers. The overall team was honored for the innovative and forward-thinking strategies and technologies that have been put in place to serve the needs of customers.
